What a lovely city. Definitely lives up to its high expectations. The lady at the campground convinced us to stay an extra night as there will be a summer festivial with street music all around the city on Saturday night. So we will be here 5 nights in total.
We arrived on Tuesday after a successful train trip... cycled to campground and then just relaxed for remainder of day. On Wednesday we hopped on the the hop-on, hop-off bus and enjoyed seeing the sights of Paris... I went up the arc de Triomphe that evening at dusk (with Duckie) and got to see panoramic views of Paris in daylight and night....

hope you didnt get tricked from those guys that stand on the steps of that temple/church and start showing you how to make bracelets (like the ones we use to make in intermeditate school) and then once they've made one on your wrist they tell you you have to pay for it!!!
