WE DID IT. Piece of cake. except the last 6km, where I almost died....
The view from the top... (visibility nil. Mt Ventoux had its head in the clouds. nice view further down the mountain)
Downhill. what an adrenalin rush. quite long periods of going more than 60km on loaded bike. I'm glad I got my brakes fixed.
The rest of the day was relaxed cycling to a lovely village, Vaison-la-Romaine. We went to some clever permanent art exhibitions....
