So far we have taken over 1500 photos...

Our rate is slowing down as the mentality of "must capture every moment" wears off.

Byrdie is a fan of "Action shots"

These are either "jump shots". self explanatory - see blog photos!

Or shots on the bike.

These are usually

either of me huffing and puffing up a hill while she is waiting at the top. Just the other day we were going up a very steep hill. "Lonely planet. cycle Italy" describes as very steep. Byrdie said last time her, Richard and another couple had to push their bikes up it.... we managed to cycle it (with breaks)... I arrive at the top, panting, sweating, blood pumping in my ears and she gets the camera out. I duefully slow down for photograph... and THEN she puts it on video mode! (and wonders why i wasn't particularly cooperative...)

Or of my bum and the view as I ride away... beautiful scenery in front of me.

Nice photos out of cycle gear are far and view between.
